(Art. 249, RPC). Similarly, only consummated homicide cases to be counted. Infanticide and parricide cases shall be included if the attendant circumstances are not as stated in Sec. 1, Art. 248, RPC. Suicides are not to be included. Attempted and frustrated homicide cases which result to injuries of the victim(s) are counted as physical injury cases.
