(Art. 335, RPC). Statuatory rapes or attempted and frustrated rapes are not to be counted. In the case of a complex crimes, the crime incidents shall be counted as one (1) case of the more serious crime, excpet when it involves rape. For example, in case of robbery with homicide, the incident is to be counted as one homicide. In a case of rape with homicide, the incidicent is to be counted as one rape.
